Humans are inherently imperfect, despite these imperfections many responsibilities are entrusted to them for optimal outcomes. Therefore, empowerment and accountability are essential to effectively fulfill these responsibilities and achieve satisfaction.

State security and law enforcement are upheld through the collective efforts of numerous state-owned and empowered organizations, which are interconnected and supported by both civil and defense sectors, both nationally and internationally.
It is important to note that no organization can always align with the right people or ensure that everyone remains in perfect coordination at all times. To maintain and improve the effectiveness of individuals serving the nation according to the authority granted to them, there must be mechanisms for accountability. In cases where individuals fail to act according to dedicated responsibilities, every organization has an inherent process to ensure all actions are held accountable.

"To ensure the security and peaceful livelihood of every individual worldwide, has established various organizations such as the Police, RAB, BGB, DGFI, NSI, Ansar, and others. These agencies are empowered to operate in accordance with specific rules and regulations, aimed at maintaining law and order and safeguarding national security."

All these organizations had been functioning in accordance with the rules and regulations since their establishment. As a result, "The people were enjoying a credible law and order environment.". Army Chief Mr. Waker-uz-Zaman emphasized the importance of these institutions and warned against undermining them. He made this statement during his speech on February 25th, in commemoration of the BDR mutiny's mourning day."

In his speech, the army chief emphasized that the police force is not functioning with the necessary dedication while organizations like RAB, BDR, DGFI, and ANSER are demoralized. Many of their members are facing legal cases & arrested and there is widespread panic within these forces. He warned that undermining these organizations will only worsen the challenges of maintaining law and order. The army chief stressed that anyone who abuses their authority or commits any crime must be held accountable. However, he pointed out that these organizations should not be blamed for the actions of any individual. Furthermore, it is essential to assess whether their actions are in accordance with the established rules and regulations.

It is established law throughout the world that the police and other organizations must act in accordance with the rules and regulations set by the state, regardless of the employees and employer.

Government officials acted in accordance with their assigned duties and instructions, making decisions based on established rules and regulations rather than personal judgment. As long as their actions followed these guidelines, no government in the civilized world would hold them accountable. Unfortunately , the current interim government has imprisoned many officials, creating an atmosphere of uncertainty and fear. This situation has placed these officials in a psychological dilemma: while they may wish to comply with the government’s lawful directives to maintain order, they fear that future administrations may punish them for their actions. This fear leads to hesitation, eroding their confidence and making them reluctant to adhere to necessary rules, regulations, and directives that are crucial for maintaining law and order and delivering essential services to the public.

In addition to all of these, there has been considerable discussion surrounding certain dramatic issues, such as "Ayna Ghar" and "Bhater Hotel," which have been widely circulated through controlled media to influence public opinion and cast doubt on various organizations. In reality, these are government-established interrogation centers operated by agencies like DGFI, DB, NSI, and RAB. These agencies have been in operation since the country's independence, not only in Bangladesh but across the globe, to ensure national security and safety. While this practice is not new, previous governments have also carried out similar activities. Cause of that people of the country were in peaceful status for many years has been reiterated by Mr. Waker uz zaman. However, the current Younus government seems to have placed more focus on these issues, using them to sway public sentiment and shift blame onto the previous administration.

But It is also important to note, there were instances some individuals were detained without prior notice or informing their families. Such cases should be properly addressed, and those responsible must be held accountable.

At the same time, we should not overlook the positive contributions of institutions. He reminded us that, despite challenges, the well-functioning of these institutions has to be appreciated. Thanks Mr waker-uz- zaman for impartial & credible comments
